Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Payment is required upfront via Ko-fi; plans can be discussed for projects over $100.Additional characters start at 75% tier price. Complex subjects may incur higher rates.

Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 17 2024By eliciting my services, you are agreeing to the terms herein and confirming to be 18+ years of age, or legally an adult in your country of residence.
Process
The artist will begin work once payment / down-payment has been received.
Sketch Stage: The client will be presented with a preliminary sketch. Major and minor revisions may be requested. Any rejected work may be repurposed for later use by the artist.
Main Stage (not applicable for Sketch Tier): The client will be presented with periodic WIPs (works in progress). Minor revisions may be requested, however major revisions will incur additional charges.
Final Stage: The client will be presented with the final image; if on a payment plan, the final image will be presented once full payment is received. Minor revisions may be requested, however major revisions will be declined.
No more revisions will be accepted once the final image has been approved.
Major revisions include: changing the pose, colour palette, scenery, etc.Minor revisions include: tweaking small details, unrefined areas, etc.Please note that excessive revisions should be avoided throughout. Revisions that feel to be captious, unreasonable, or otherwise disruptive may be refused.
Licensing
All work is strictly for non-profit / non-commercial use.
The artist retains full copyright and ownership of all work created.
The artist reserves the right to share and publicly display all work created unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client may share and publicly display the lowres version of the completed commission, preferably with accompanying credit.
The client may not alter or have another individual alter any work created unless prior agreed upon by the artist.
Refund Policy
Both the artist and client reserve the right to initiate a cancellation at any time for any reason.
For cancellations initiated by the artist: the refunded value will be the full amount paid*.
For cancellations initiated by the client: the refunded value will be the full amount paid, minus a percentage equal to the work already completed.
In both cases, the client will receive the commission as it stands in its incomplete state.
In both cases, the artist reserves the right to repurpose any work created for use at a later date.
*Exception being if the cancellation is due to rudeness and / or abuse on the client's part, in which case the cancellation will be regarded as if initiated by the client.
